For many families, the school search begins online. Before booking a visit, parents want to understand the environment, layout, and learning spaces in a way that feels clear and reassuring.
Nun Academy introduced a 360 virtual tour to make this first interaction more informative and accessible—allowing families to explore the campus at their own pace, from anywhere.
The Challenge

Nun Academy’s website played a key role in admissions, but traditional photos and text alone couldn’t fully communicate:
- How the campus flows from one space to another
- The atmosphere of classrooms and shared areas
- What parents and students would actually experience on arrival
The school needed a solution that felt intuitive, welcoming, and easy to access—without requiring immediate on-site visits.
The Approach
The goal was not only to create a virtual tour, but to place it where families naturally make decisions.
We designed a 360° virtual tour and integrated it directly into the website journey, ensuring it was visible, discoverable, and easy to return to.
What Was Delivered
A complete 360 virtual tour of Nun Academy’s campus
Welcoming pop-up on the website homepage, introducing the tour as a first step for visitors

Homepage embed, allowing immediate access without navigating away
Menu integration, making the tour available from any page on the site

Each placement was intentional—supporting exploration without interrupting the user experience.
The Result
The virtual tour is now a central part of Nun Academy’s digital presence.
Families can:
- Explore the campus remotely before making enquiries
- Revisit specific spaces at any time
- Arrive for in-person visits with clearer expectations
By embedding the tour into key touchpoints, the website now works as an extension of the admissions experience—supporting clarity, confidence, and informed decision-making.
